America’s Miss World 2018 aka Miss World America 2018, in an official confirmation, announced Marisa Butler as their new queen. She will now represent the United States of America in the upcoming Miss World 2018. She will now be officially crowned on 22nd September 2018.
The 24-year-old Marisa graduated Cum Laude from Stonehill College with a degree in Economics and a Business Minor. As stated by America’s Miss World Organization, she was also a part of Economics National Honors Society, Deans List and a recipient of Presidential Scholarship. Not new to the pageant world, she was Miss Maine USA 2016, Miss San Diego 2018, Miss California Top 16 and Miss California Lifestyle and Fitness in Swimsuit Preliminary Winner. She is an Opera singer and a two sports Division II athlete at Stonehill College!
The Organization took to their social media to announce the news with a caption, “We are delighted to announce the 2018 winner of Miss World America!!!! Huge congratulations to Marisa Butler, well deserved! We are looking forward to seeing you at the crowning ceremony this Saturday.” The organization first presented Top 10 finalists and out of the three were finalized to fight for the national title namely, Marisa Butler, Raquel Basco and Shivani Patel.
