It was a very deserving day for Veruska Ljubisavljevic when she was crowned Miss World Venezuela 2018. She is now the proud representative of Venezuela in Miss World 2018. The 27-year-old exotic beauty is really a sight to behold but more than that, she is really worth the attention.
A model and a pastry chef by profession, this Latin beauty out to bring the Miss World crown home this year. Standing tall at a height of 177 cm, Veruska graduated as an Advertising technician and has started working a a TV presenter.
During her free time, Veruska likes to swim and go jogging. She also enjoys rock climbing from time to time and seldom takes part in Venezuelan traditional folklore dancing. Veruska is also a sucker for art and literature. With such a wide set of interests, she will surely stand out on stage during the finale.
Veruska’s favourite song is 'Imagine' sung by John Lennon. When she is not working out to look like perfection, she likes to hog on to some fried chicken. Veruska has given some serious goals to women who love their meals but also want to be healthy and fit.
Veruska’s personal motto is 'Build me every day in order to be a better person and share each achievement with others.' This motto is a perfect reflection of her personality as it shows that she thrives to grow every day and become a better version of herself constantly. She has been advocating for the cause of Breast cancer and makes it a point of spread awareness about the early onset of its detection among people.
The Venezuelan perfection of Serbian descent also believes that “Do not sleep to rest, sleep to dream because dreams are to be fulfilled." Another perfect example of the strength that she holds in her mind. Veruska will certainly be able to prove to the judges that she is deserving of the crown.

Veruska was crowned by Miss World Venezuela 2018 by Miss World Venezuela 2017 Ana Carolina Ugarte. Ana represented Venezuela in Miss World 2017 and was able to secure a position in the Top 40 during the finale, but unfortunately was not able to go any further. Here’s to wishing that Veruska is able to make her nation proud this year and brings the crown home.
If Veruska wins the title, she will become the 7th delegate from Venezuela to have won the Miss World crown. Venezuela has won the title in the years 1955, 1981, 1984, 1991, 1995, 2011. Let's see if 2018 will be Venezuela’s year of not!
