On the splendid finale of Miss Austria 2015 (Miss Austria Wahl 2015), 21 years old Annika Grill hailing from Gmunden was crowned as Miss Austria 2015 winner. Anika will now represent Austria at the Miss World 2015 pageant as well as Miss Universe 2015 pageant. The finale was televised via regional R-9 networks and was held at Casino Baden. Julia Furdea, Miss Austria 2014, crowned her successor at the end of the event.
A total of seventeen (17) finalists competed for the coveted crown of Miss Austria 2015. At the same event, Selma Buljubasic was adjudged first runner-up, Marleen Haubenwaller was second runner-up, Cornelia Ebner was adjudged third runner-up and Victoria Orehounig finished up as fourth runner-up.
"I am overwhelmed! I want to use the title to get started as a catwalk model. With my height of 1.77 I've got already great advantages", said Annika Grill.
