At the conclusion of the magnificent finale of Miss Earth Mongolia 2015, Bayartsetseg Altangerel was crowned as the winner. Altangerel will now represent Mongolia at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant. She also competed for the Miss World Mongolia title and was titled as the first runner-up.
The finale of Miss Earth 2015 will be held on December 5 in Vienna, Austria. Mongolia first participated at Miss Earth in the year 2005 and made a comeback in 2010. Last year, Idersaikhan Tugsuu made history for Mongolia by placing as one of the Top 8 semifinalists at the Miss Earth 2014 pageant.
Mongolia is currently ranked ninety-seventh at the Big4 pageant ranking, which is an improvement from their one-hundred-sixth position in 2011.
