Binibining Pilipinas 2017 pageant concluded on 30th April 2017, and there is already a rumour going around. Well, rumours are obviously not pleasing, but this one might just break your heart. According to sources, a pageant enthusiast page on Tuesday hinted a shake-up on the recently concluded Binibining Pilipinas 2017 pageant.

Yes, according to the Facebook page of “The Philippine Pageantry” there might be a dethronement or a change in titles. The page uploaded a picture with the text, “Expect a shake-up that will break your hearts. It broke ours.” The post had the hashtag #BinibiningPilipinas2017.
The post went viral and garnered speculations on a possible dethronement or a possible switching of titles due to a passport or citizenship issue. The Facebook Page, however, refused to comment anything about the matter. Also, there has been no official confirmation on the same by the Binibining Pilipinas Organisation. “We will refrain from making further comment until BPCI makes an announcement,” the page also commented.
The finale of Binibining Pilipinas 2017 concluded with the crowning of Rachel Peters as the main winner, and the beauty will represent Philippines at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant. Binibini 15 Maria Angelica de Leon was crowned Bb Pilipinas International 2017, Binibini 22 Chanel Olive Thomas was crowned as Bb Pilipinas Supranational 2017, Binibini 39 Elizabeth Durado Clenci was announced as Bb Pilipinas Grand International 2017, Binibini 31 Katarina Sonja Rodriguez was crowned Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental 2017, and Binibini 18 Nelda Ibe was crowned Bb Pilipinas Globe 2017. Binibini 32 Charmaine Elima, and Binibini 40 Kristel Guelos finished as first and second runners-up respectively.
If the rumour about a shake-up gets true, then we might see a change in the titleholders, or maybe a dethronement. What do you think about the whole scenario?
