Every girl grows up with a dream of being crowned and recognized as the most beautiful woman in the world. From bright dazzling lights to elegant lavish dresses, pageant these days are making the dreams come true for the girls making them feel special. However, there are many who remain deprived of that feeling. One such beauty pageant at Central Kentucky, US has taken the initiative to make a difference in the lives of the girls who cannot compete at the usual beauty pageants, due to the official criteria of the pageants.

The Miss Fantastic and Miss Fabulous are the two pageants which work as a non-profit scholarship pageant for differently abled beautiful women. The pageant runs as a contest for these beautiful women providing them the opportunity to fulfill their dreams and also at the same time giving them the experience of being a beauty queen. The contestants expressed their views on the pageant on how their disabilities are not considered as an obstacle to stop them from chasing their dream.  Lucy, one of the contestants, who has slight autism says, "I thought it would be fun and it has brought me so much confidence in everything and it's just done so much for me." The Miss fantastic and Miss Fabulous Organisation is initiated by a former pageant participant Morgan Fouts, allowing these girls to show off their talents and their beauty. “I just felt like pageants gave me such a good experience for self confidence in the way that I carry myself, in the way that I speak, friendships. I just felt like marrying the two would be a really awesome opportunity for these girls to learn the same things in a really fun environment," says Morgan Fouts.
