Binibining Pilipinas Organisation in collaboration with Operation Smile Philippines, organised a visit for the 40 finalists of Bb Pilipinas 2017 to Sta. Ana Hospital in Manila. The delegates were up for a charity visit in association with Operation Smile Philippines.

The delegates looked cool and comfy in their sneakers and rubber shoes. They were also seen mingling with the patients of the medical institution. It seems that doing this type of activity allows the girls to really let their hair down and get more interactive with everyone – especially the children and babies confined. The Binibinis really had so much fun during the entire time they bonded with the kid patients.
