Known for being very kind-hearted and compassionate, Binibini 5 Rose Mary Murphy has aspired to be a Binibining Pilipinas queen ever since she put step in the world of beauty pageants. And she has fulfilled her dream this year as she got selected during the screenings of Bb. Pilipinas 2018. Rose has an appeal of simple and elegant beauty who is striking in her own way.
A nurse by profession, Rose has graduated as Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Father Saturnino Urios University in Butuan City. Now a professional nurse at Butuan Medical Center, Rose is 25 years of age and stands tall at 166 cm. She belongs to Cabadbaran City Agusan del Norte and enjoys simple things like playing Tekken Tag and Do-It-Yourself Crafts. She doesn’t mind trying her hand at Karaoke.

She fumbled upon the world of beauty pageants when a designer friend of their family told her to try and her mother insisted too. Though her mother’s reasons were naive, when she wanted her daughter to leave her inhibitions in life and so thought beauty pageants will help. But once she came in, Rose fell in love with the world of beauty pageants and ever since has carved her way to where she is today.
She has credits of many beauty pageants in her name. Starting from 2010, she has been part of Mutya Hong Butuan where she was 2nd runner-up, Miss Cabadbaran 2011, Mutya ng Surigao del Sur 2011, Mutya ng Caraga – Tourism 2011 and Miss Agusan del Norte – Tourism 2012.
