Miss Belgium organization took to their official social media, a day ago, to announce that Celine Van Ouytsel has been confirmed to represent Belgium at Miss World 2021. Celine was crowned Miss Belgium 2020 on 12th January 2020 at the Plopsaland Theater in De Panne. The stunning beauty decided not to represent the country at Miss Universe 2020 due to the current pandemic situations but she is now ready to conquer the 'world'.

The organization wrote, "Miss Belgium wants to conquer the world! On december 16th, Miss Belgium 2020, Celine Van Ouytsel is going to represent our country at Miss World. This blonde jurist will spend 4 weeks in the beautiful and exotic Puerto Rico, so she can prepare for this prestigious contest."

Celine is 24 years of age who was born in Herentals, Antwerp. She attended the University of Antwerp, where she received a Master in Law degree. Not new to the pageant world, Van Ouytsel began her pageantry career in 2015, placing as the second runner-up at Miss Antwerp 2016. She returned to pageantry four years later, when she competed in and won Miss Antwerp 2020.

After winning Miss Antwerp, Van Ouytsel competed at Miss Belgium 2020, representing Antwerp. Due to her strong online presence, Van Ouytsel was also awarded the special title Miss Social Network at Miss Belgium. Interestingly, Celine introduced herself as 'Miss Legally Blonde' because she has a law degree and is blonde who loves the color pink like the film's protagonist Elle Woods.

Van Ouytsel went on to be crowned Miss Belgium 2020 which made her the seventh consecutive Flemish woman to win, and the fifth to come from Antwerp Province in a span of six years. With her experience and her beauty, Celine will definitely be a strong contender at Miss World stage. Miss World 2021, 70th edition of Miss World, will be held on 16th December 2021 at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Toni-Ann Singh of Jamaica will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
