Concurso Nacional de Belleza held the 2021 edition of the national pageant on 14th November 2021 at the Centro de Convenciones where Valentina Espinoza Guzmán was crowned Sen~orita Colombia 2021 as she succeeds Senorita Colombia 2019 María Fernanda Aristizábal. The 2021 edition was held after a gap of one year due to covid-19 pandemic across the world.
The 23-year-old Valentina Espinoza Guzmán is a professional in social communication and journalism and has extensive experience in the field of modeling. She considers herself a fighter, happy and dreamy woman. The stunning beauty gave a stellar performance at the national finale.

Caribbean Region 2021-2022 Valentina Sue Charris, Srta. Valle 2021-2022 Daniela Erazo Toro, Srta. Sucre 2021-2022 Yamile Dajud, Srta. Bolívar 2021-2022 Valentina Espinosa, Srta. Córdoba 2021-2022 Juliana Habib Lorduy, Srta. Quindío 2021-2022 Natalia López Cardona, Srta. North of Santander 2021-2022 Silvia Dueñas Sepúlveda.
The panel of jury comprised of Ariadna Gutiérrez former Miss Colombia, Panamanian businessman Gabriel de Obarrio III, Tadashi Campos Makebe, Peruvian professional from the international high fashion industry, and David Raya , CEO of Smart Fit. The fifth jury were the Colombians who voted for their favorite through the website.

The winner Valentina Espinoza Guzmán will not represent her country at Miss Universe because Concurso Nacional de Belleza is no longer allied with this franchise. It is Miss Universe Colombia that now chooses the national representative to Miss Universe as they chose Valeria Ayos as the new Miss Universe Colombia.
