Miss Grand United States 2017 is all decked up for its finale which is scheduled to be held on 25th July 2017 in New York City. The winner will then represent USA at one of the reputed competition, Miss Grand International 2017, which will be held on 25th October 2017 in Vietnam. There are a total 17 candidates vying for the title.

The outgoing queen, Michelle Leon will pass the crown and her reign to the winner at the finale night. USA has never won the title of Miss Grand International, however, last year Michelle Leon was placed as fourth runner up at the International competition. This was the first time the USA was placed in the Top 5 in the pageants since the competition began in 2013.
