It was Saturday night when the grand finale of Face of Beauty International 2016, held at Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, declared five women the most beautiful faces on the earth. Russia won the main title amongst 50 competitors who were vying for the crown.

The event was successfully hosted at Ulaanbaatar’s Concert Hall and Convention Centre by a local organization. The Face of International beauty pageants aims at giving a platform to young women who exemplify beauty inside and out. The pageant announced four runner-ups and some special award winners as well.

The 23 year old new Face of Beauty International is a journalist by day and works on television in Russia. Alena also won the special award-  Best in Interview. Along with the Russian queen, Myanmar’s Chuu Thaint Myat Noe was adjudged the crown holder as the Teen Face of Beauty International 2016.

Brandina Lubuli from Zambia was declared as the first runner up. She also won the Best in Swimsuit title. Princess Edelyn Ramos of Philippines was adjudged as the second runner up and even bagged the Best in National Costume and People’s Choice Award.

Special award winner for Best in Talent, Urangoo Enkhtaivan from Mongolia, was announced as the third runner up, while Natália Pereira from Portugal as the fourth runner up.

Other award winners were Mongolia’s Brandina Lubuli (Best in Evening Gown), New Zealand’s Ayla Sutherland (I Am Me Award), Switzerland’s Carolina Frias (Miss Charity), Monaco’s Sandra Pierson (Best in Sport), Japan’s Emiri Tsukui (Miss Photogenic), Paraguay’s Milagros Estigarribia (Miss Tourism), among few others.
