Miss Universe Philippines 2011 Shamcey Supsup, Miss Universe Philippines 2014 MJ Lastimosa, and Miss Universe Philippines 2012 Janine Tugonon are launching their YouTube channel. The announcement was made via Miss Universe 2011 and Miss Universe Philippines National director Shamcey Supsup’s social media account where the diva posted a picture of all three beauty queens with a caption, "Busy reading your questions for # askthetrio. If you haven’t heard yet, we will be launching our YT channel soon. For our 1st episode, we will be answering your questions about us. Send your questions through the comment section below. "

Miss Universe 2012 Janine Tugonon seemed excited about their new beginnings as she took to her social media to ask fans to ask the trio questions which they will be answering in their first episode, "Can’t wait to share more of our kwentuhan and kulitan on our future YT Channel. Drop your questions below for our first video (na sana naman marecord namin agad LOL) #askthetrio".

Lastimosa, meanwhile, has yet to post about her latest project with her fellow beauty queens. She is currently spending some time with reigning Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo in the United States. There hasn’t been much information about their YouTube channel, but the beauty queens seem excited about the new things coming their way.

Shamcey Supsup represented the Philippines at Miss Universe 2011 where she was adjudged as the third runner-up and in 2019, she became the national director of the Miss Universe franchise in the Philippines, succeeding her former mentor and pageant director, Stella Araneta. MJ Lastimosa represented the Philippines at Miss Universe 2014 and was placed in the Top 10, whereas Janine Mari Raymundo Tugonon represented the country at Miss Universe 2012 where she was adjudged as the first runner-up at the end of the event finale.

The beauty queens have always been vocal about their support for Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo and appreciated the beauty queen for her spectacular performance throughout the competition and reminded her that even though she couldn’t make it to the top, the Philippines is proud of her. "We know your hard work and enthusiasm for this, and please know that all of those sleepless, restless, tearful, and tough days when you pushed through will never be left unappreciated," MJ said. Shamcey, MJ, and Janine Tugonon were all in Florida to cheer Rabiya on during the final night.
