Kimberly Castillo, the reigning Miss Higuey, was crowned the Miss Republica Dominicana Universo 2014 at the finals of the national pageant held at Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on August 17' 2014. She is a 26 years of age, and stands tall at 184cm.
She will now represent the Dominican Republic at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant. Miss Universe 2013 Gabriela Isler also attended the pageant finals and assisted in the crowning. Kimberly is also former Miss Italia nel Mondo. She was crowned Miss Italia nel Mondo on June 30' 2010, representing the Dominican Republic.

a) First Runner-up : Miss Santiago - Aletxa Mueses. She will compete in Miss Intercontinental 2014.
b) Second Runner-up: Miss Comunidad Dominicana en México - Dhío Moreno. She will compete in Reina Hispanoamericana 2014.
c) Third Runner-up: Miss Distrito Nacional - María del Mar López. She will compete in Miss Model of the World 2014.
d) Fourth Runner-up: Miss Punta Cana - Analíz de la Cruz. She will compete in Miss Globe International Hispanoamericana 2014.
