Miss Tlaxcala organization hosted the annual edition on 4th December 2021 at the Hacienda Soltepec facilities in the municipality of Huamantla where Liliana Silva representing Apizaco was crowned Miss Tlaxcala 2021. She will now represent Tlaxcala at the upcoming Miss Mexico 2022.

Liliana is 27 years of age and stands 172 cm tall who graduated with a bachelor’s in surgery and Midwife. She is dedicated to scientific research and currently works preparing articles on clinical cases of cardiac surgery. Liliana Silva's social work is oriented towards prevention education which focuses on bringing health knowledge to vulnerable age groups, providing them with tools to prevent health problems.

Liliana currently has achieved level B2 in English and is perfecting the language in New York. The stunning beauty wishes to pursue Plastic Surgery in the USA. Liliana works on her social project focused on preventive culture, health education and health care in different sectors of the population. She is also working on tourism and cultural promotion projects in Tlaxcala.

The contestants who competed at Miss Tlaxcala 2021 included Aile Ibarra Reyes, Ana Cecilia Guajardo Martí, María Fernanda, Carolina García Isla, Erandy Flores, Ingrid Elena Corona, Celeste González Maldonado and Ariadna Gabriela Ramírez López.
