At the gala final night of Miss World Spain 2014 (Miss Mundo España 2014) held on September 13th 2014 at Anfiteatro Pepe Falomir Almela (Benicassim), Lourdes Rodríguez has been crowned Miss World Spain 2014 by her predecessor and outgoing queen Elena Ibarbia Jiménez, the Miss World Spain 2013.
Lourdes Rodríguez, representative of Castilla La Mancha, is 20 years of age and stands tall at 175 cm. She defeated twenty-two (22) other finalists who competed at the finals night for the coveted title of Miss World Spain 2014. Lourdes will now represent Spain at Miss World 2014 pageant to be held in London, England on December 14' 2014.

Lorea Gonzalez Ramos (Las Palmas/ 24 Years/ 174 cm) was the first runner-up, and Estefania Martinez (Alicante/ 18 Years/ 179 cm) was the second runner-up at the event.
