Manuela Oppikofer was crowned as Miss Earth Schweiz 2016 at the end of the event held on May 7’ 2016. Manuela will now represent Switzerland at the Miss Earth 2016 competition set to be held later this year.
Miss Earth Schweiz 2016 (also known as Miss Earth Suisse, Miss Earth Switzerland, and Miss Earth Svizzera) was the 11th edition of the Miss Earth Schweiz pageant.
At the end of the finale of Miss Earth Schweiz 2016, Corinne Schadler Miss Earth Schweiz 2015 passed on her crown and glory to her successor Manuela Oppikofer.

25 years old Manuela Oppikofer hailing from Vaud is a retail manager. Her environmental advocacy is to help destitute people and make their lives easier. Manuela will be playing a role of an environmental ambassador who will be responsible to look forward to the environmental issues, and be a role model of Switzerland.
This year a total number of ten (10) finalists represented different regions of Switzerland at the pageant and the contestants marked their niche to salt away their position in the top slot of finalists.
