23 years old Mariana Josefina del Carmen Mendez Pereira, a native of Caracas was declared the most beautiful girl of Anzoategui, as she was crowned Miss Anzoategui 2015. Mariana will now represent Anzoátegui at the Miss Venezuela 2015 pageant. The winner of Miss Venezuela 2015 will represent Venezuela at Miss Universe 2016. Mariana is a Cancerian and is currently a 5th year student of Social Communication at Monteávila University.
Mariana believes in the strong principles of perseverance, commitment and happiness in life. This young woman is ready for her second attempt at the contest and she is prepared for Miss Venezuela 2015. Mariana’s final goal is to bring Miss Venezuela 2015 crown to Caracas. She would be making her second attempt for Miss Venezuela 2015 after her first attempt which was in 2014.
There would be total of 25 candidates who would compete for the coveted crown. The first round will be swimsuit followed by a parade in evening dress where a jury will select ten semifinalists. These ten candidates will further be subjected to questions and answer round by jury. Based on the response to the questions, five will be shortlisted for the final round. The best one among five will be crowned as the winner for Miss Venezuela 2015 by Mariana Jimenez, Miss Venezuela 2014.
