The second edition of Mexicana Universal i.e. Mexicana Universal 2019 will host this year’s edition within a few weeks where Mexican delegates from all around the country will represent their respective provinces and the reigning Mexicana Universal queen Andrea Toscano will hand over the crown to her successor at the conclusion of the finale, with an expectation from her to take over the responsibilities and advocacies associated with the title and perform them well.

The gorgeous beauty Cintya earned this golden opportunity after she was successfully crowned Mexicana Universal Oaxaca 2018 on 6th December 2018 at the Teatro Juárez, by the outgoing queen Mexicana Universal Oaxaca 2017 Sayra Yarith Cerón Enríquez at the end of the finale.

Cintya is a young 20-year-old diva, who hails from Oaxaca. The beauty obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Language Teaching and is currently pursuing a diploma certificate in Teaching Spanish to foreigners. Moreover, she aims to continue developing her social project which is based on stimulating the learning of the English language as a foreign language in schools.

The beauty is fresher to the beauty pageant world as this pageant marks her debut in pageantry. However, with no past work experience, she will still be able to achieve huge success, as she has a combination of beauty with confidence.
