Mexicana Universal Hidalgo 2017 was crowned last night the coronation gala at 8:00 PM at Benevento Salon. The coronation night was held after Jenyfer Benitez was already appointed as the new queen just a few days back.
Jenyfer is all set to represent her province at the upcoming Mexicana Universal 2018. Nuestra Belleza Hidalgo 2016 Claudia Michelle Rodríguez Berlanga is the current reigning queen.
The 20-year-old beauty is a Television Conductor, Professional Model and an Actress. Jenyfer is not new to the pageant world; she has various titles under her belts such as Miss Teen Hidalgo 2015, Miss Teen Earth México 2015, Miss Teen Modelo 2015 and Miss Teen Mundo Mexico 2015.

Standing tall at 174 cm, Jenyfer looked gorgeous at her coronation ceremony. Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2015 Kristal Silva was the special guest of honour at the gala.
The winner of Mexicana Universal 2018 will get the chance to represent her country at Miss Universe 2018 where Demi-Leigh-Nel-Peters will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
