Mexicana Universal 2020 will be the 3rd edition of the Mexicana Universal pageant. Thirty-two candidates from all over the Mexican Republic will compete for the national title. Sofía Aragón of Jalisco will crown her successor at end of the event. The winner will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2020 pageant.

Montserrat Flores was crowned Mexicana Universal Quintana Roo 2019 on 28th February 2020 and will be representing the city of Quintana Roo at Mexicana Universal 2020. Monserrat hails from the city of Playa del Carmen; is 20-years old and stands 176cm tall. The diva was crowned by national director Lupita Jones by the end of the event.

Montserrat is not new to the pageantry as she participated and was crowned Miss Quintana Roo 2018 and represented Quintana Roo at Miss Mexico 2018. The diva had walked on-stage for various fashion designers and has learned about beauty pageants and fashion industry. She is a quick and keen learner and grabs onto whatever tips and techniques the people she works with tell her. She is always ready to improve for the better and win the title to represent Mexico at Miss Universe.

Montserrat is very dedication and conscious about her body and she workouts everyday to maintain it. She has collaborated with a brand who will be helping her to prepare her body for the future pageants. The diva maintains a strict diet as to maintain her body and look flawless on stage. She has already started to prepare herself for the main event as she has started to work on perfecting her on-stage walk, confidence, body language and postures and most importantly her interview skills for the competition.

Montserrat feels extremely honoured that she has been selected to represent her city of Quintana Roo at Mexicana Universal 2020 and she strongly believes that with utmost dedication and hard work she can not only win the title but would leave a positive impact on people. She would like people to know that there is nothing in the world that you cannot achieve with strong will and hard work.

With her confidence and will to win the title, Montserrat emerges as one of the strongest contestants for the title of Mexicana Universal 2020. If she wins, she will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2020 competition.
