At the event finale held on 17th February 2018 at the Convention Center, Geraldine Machado from Valles City was crowned Mexicana Universal San Luis Potosí 2017. She is all set to represent San Luis Potosi at the upcoming Mexicana Universal 2018.
The winner of Mexicana Universal 2018 will get the opportunity to represent her country at Miss Universe 2018.
Geraldine has been crowned as the first-ever winner from San Luis Potosí, which makes her win all the more special. Right from the beginning, Geraldine was an enthusiastic participant in all the shoots and events along the competition.
Geraldine is not new to the pageant world; she was Reina Fenahuap 2016 and Finalist of Elite Model México 2011. Geraldine stands 176 cm tall and is a student of Marketing.
The 21-year-old beauty queen dazzled in the sheer golden gown at the event finale and charmed her way into the audience’s heart. Also present at the grand finale was the National Director of Mexicana Universal Lupita Jones who congratulated our diva on her official Facebook account right after her crowning.
