Mexicana Universal 2020 will be the 3rd edition of the Mexicana Universal pageant. Thirty-two candidates from all over the Mexican Republic will compete for the national title. Sofía Aragón of Jalisco will crown her successor at end of the event. The winner will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2020 pageant.
Patricia Morato was crowned Mexicana Universal Tamaulipas 2019 on 22nd February 2020 in Ciudad Victoria and will be representing the city of Tamaulipas Mexicana Universal 2020. Patricia originally hails from Matamoros, is 27-years-old and stands 172 cm tall. She holds a degree in Nutrition with a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition.
Patricia is no new to the pageantry world as she has both national and international experience when it comes to beauty pageants. She has participated and was crowned Miss Tamaulipas 2016, Miss Tourism International México 2018 and represented México at Miss Tourism International 2018 where she was placed at Top 10. She is a certified nutritionist by profession but also works as a model whenever she has time.
Being a nutritionist, she understands the importance of food in life of a human being and that is why, she is a keen advocate of a social project that focuses on supporting the poor people with their food. The diva along with her team reaches out to the poor people of her city and provide them with healthy food and wants to raise awareness about how much it is important for the people who have food to be respectful and blessed. The diva wants to advocate people about not wasting food because there is a section of people who have no food to eat.
Patricia is not only experienced in the field of pageantry but is also a quick learner about the easy tips and techniques that are used to ace the performance on stage for a beauty queen. She speaks fluent English which is an added advantage to the queen. She has started to prepare herself for the title of Mexicana Universal 2020 because she wants to represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2020.
The diva is a strong contender for the title because of her previous experience in the fashion and beauty world, along with her confidence and determination to win the title. She perceives everything with a positive mindset which can help her win the title. The diva expressed her happiness by posting her picture on social media with a caption, ‘Dream Come True’. The organization of Tamaulipas has expressed that the diva is a luxury queen and there is no doubt that will leave the name of the state very high.
