Miss America 2018 is all set to take place in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on September 10, 2017 and Miss America Organisation and Dick Clark productions announced the panel of judges on Monday for the non-broadcast preliminary rounds.

The panel includes:
Carolyn Conrad, an entertainment lawyer
Karen Knuston, the Global Government Affairs and Policy leader for Baker Hughes
Kate Bennett, a White House reporter for CNN
Patrick Rush, works in casting Team
Rusty Joiner, an actor
Susan Perkins Botsford, Miss America 1978
Vivian Nixon, an entrepreneurial artist, producer, director, choreographer, dancer and actress.
The judges will use their expertise in their respective fields to evaluate the young women and their incredible blend of intelligence, leadership, talent, physical fitness and dedication to community service.
The panel of experts will evaluate the 51 contestants' performances in the following categories: Lifestyle and Fitness in Swimsuit, Evening Wear, Talent, Interview, and On-Stage Questions. The judges will pick the top 15 finalists competing for the 2018 Miss America title during the preliminary week of competition Sept. 6 to 8 in Atlantic City.
Celebrity judges for the “The 2018 Miss America Competition” will be announced in the coming weeks.
