At the conclusion of Miss Arkansas 2017 finale held at the ArcBest Performing Arts Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Lauren Weaver was crowned as Miss Arkansas USA 2018 and she will now represent her state in Miss USA 2018 pageant to be held next year. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Arkansas 2017 Arynn Johnson.
Lauren is 20 years of age and pursuing her graduation in Business Marketing from the University of Arkansas. Lauren works as a model and has worked with brands such as Sherri Hill, Tony Bowls, Lauren James, Sam’s Club and Dillards just to name a few. Lauren also is the marketing intern for a clothing line based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In her free time, Lauren enjoys bicycling, skydiving, hiking, exercising, anything that involves water and loves to spend time with her family and dog, Kane.
After winning the title of Miss Arkansas, Lauren expressed her happiness by saying, “It has been a dream for me from many years, during my reign I want to empower young women around Arkansas to get fit by healthy eating and exercising.
At the same event, Allison Tucker was crowned as Miss Teen Arkansas USA 2018 and she will now represent her state in Miss USA Teen USA 2018.
