The prestigious event of the year, Miss Austria 2017 is scheduled to be held on 6th July 2017. The winner of the pageant will represent Austria in the Miss World beauty pageant later this year. The winner of Miss Austria 2016, Dragana Stankovic will crown her successor at the coronation night. This year the winner will be awarded with exclusive advertising contract with MAC, campaigns, prizes and training as well. This year, 20 finalists are competing for the coveted title.
Before the event the contestants are supposed to go through various sessions and activities to get ready for the finale. The activities which the contestants of Miss Austria 2017 are going through are especially organized to offer them the techniques and the way to present themselves in front of the audiences. Catwalk trainings, speech trainings, fashion shows and fitness trainings are given to make them all set for the competition this year.

All candidates were personally advised and provided with tips from the beauty experts. Dance, sports and drama classes played an important place in the overall grooming of the contestants.
