Miss Belgium 2018 (aka Miss Belgique 2018) is heading towards its finale scheduled to be held on 13th January 2018 at Plopsa Theater de Panne with 30 beautiful finalists participating in several pre-pageant activities. Miss Belgium 2018 is also the 50th anniversary of the Miss Belgium pageant which commenced in the year 1969.

Reigning Miss Belgium Romanie Schotte, who represented Belgium in Miss World 2017 held last month on China, will crown her successor as Miss Belgium 2018 at the conclusion of the finale, and the beauty crowned is expected to represent Belgium in Miss World 2018. Besides, the first runner-up at the finale is also expected to compete internationally in Miss Universe 2018 as the representative of Belgium. Last year, the third runner-up of Miss Belgium 2017 Liesbeth Claus represented Belgium in Miss Universe 2017 pageant held in Las Vegas, USA.
