Miss Belgium 2022, the 2022 edition of the national pageant, will be held on 26th March 2022 as thirty delegates will compete for the national crown and win the opportunity to represent Belgium at Miss Universe 2022. Miss Belgium 2021 Kedist Deltour will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

While the delegates competing for this title are giving their best efforts, there is one delegate who has emerged as the front-runner for Miss Belgium 2022. Shania Verbeurgt, a Cebuana-Belgian model, has proven her mettle since the beginning of the competition.

Shania was born in Belgium in 2002 to a Filipino mother and Belgian father. She is an only child and studied in a Catholic School and spent free time outdoors. In 2015, Shania won the title of Top Model Belgium Kids 2015. She then won Miss Oost-Vlaanderen 2022 and became the official delegate of Miss Belgium 2022.

Shania wishes to work for people suffering in poverty through her reign. She also went to Egypt with her fellow Miss Belgium contestants where she became a part of several photoshoots. She has stunning beauty, a strong personality and speaks fluently in several languages which makes her a step forward from the other delegates.
