The Miss Bikini Philippines organization hosted the coronation ceremony for the 2022 edition on 18th April 2022 at Palazzo Verde in Las Piñas City, where stunning delegates from all over the country competed for the national crown. At the end of the event, Zeah Nestle Pala of Tarlac Province was crowned Miss Bikini Philippines 2021 as she succeeded Miss Bikini Philippines 2020 Chelsea Fernandez for the title.

Miss Bikini Philippines 2021 Zeah Nestle Pala’s court includes –

First runner-up - Vienne Feucht of Quezon City

Second runner-up - Melanie Gillamac of Cebu

While 22 years-old Pala, who also won the Best in Evening Gown inherited the national title as well as won P300,000, Vienne and Melanie received P125,000 and P75,000, respectively. Also proclaimed runners-up were Best in Swimsuit Sharamie Solocio from Iloilo City and Miss Photogenic Donabelle Erno from Ilocos Sur, who both took home P40,000.

Miss Bikini Philippines 2021 was slightly delayed due to the pandemic. ProMedia was supposed to hold a competition late last year, after the successful staging of the live edition of the sister competition Miss FIT Philippines contest, but the varying pandemic restrictions pushed the beauty spectacle aside until protocols have been eased. According to ProMedia CEO Paul Izon Reyes, the Miss Bikini Philippines pageant promotes holistic beauty and encourages overall wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
