The Miss Earth Liberia organisation hosted the preliminary competition for Miss Earth Liberia 2022 on 16th April, 2022 at Destiny Event Hall, Bye-Pass, Monrovia, Liberia. Contestants who competed at the event were Stephanie K. Wreh, Henrietta Knuckles, Gabrielyn B. Kamara, Reneta B. Crayton, Essiana W. Weah, Gabrielyn G. Farngalo, Leona Perfect Duweh, Elizabeth S. Morlu, Promise W. Toe, Malai A.G. Senwah and Saymah K. Jackson.

All the candidates were seen donning their best costumes as they posed for the camera by an idyllic waterside. The award for Best Elemental Presentation went to Leona Perfect Duweh, who is the goddess of heritage as per the theme of Miss Earth Liberia this year i.e., Liberia’s Greener Eco Warriors.

The National Costumes award went to Elizabeth S.Morlu – the goddess of stars.  The last preliminary award titled Eco Angel Costumes went to Gabrielyn G. Farngalo – the goddess of rainbow.

The judges panel for the Saturday evening included – Frances Browne Seydou, Berenice Brewer, Sir. Alex Favour Devine, Jr., Odella Y. Flomo, Chris Wolo and Aminata Kamara – Sneh. The event was hosted by Wesley N.S. Brown and Rosemarie Mckeever while Quingskeet, Ad King and Bishop Jay performed.

This year’s winner will succeed Miss Earth Liberia 2021 Odella Flomo. The diva represented the country at Miss Earth 2021, competed in the preliminaries but was absent on the coronation night. The country is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Earth.
