The pageant committee of Miss Cayman Islands formerly issued a disciplinary letter to Tonie Chisholm, Miss Cayman Islands 2015 over her conduct and the performance of her duties, hence the organization was quite serious to look for a gracious and elegant titleholder. The newly crowned beauty queen is definitely an emblem of congeniality.

Cayman Islands has been competing at Miss Universe since 1980 but has not made the cut to semi-finals even for a single time, similarly the country marked its debut at Miss World in 1977 and has made the cut only twice. The winner will reportedly represent the island nation at both Miss World 2016 and Miss Universe 2016.
