Elda Louise Aznar was crowned Miss CosmoWorld Philippines 2023 on 12th October 2023 at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City, Philippines. Elda will now prepare to represent the Philippines at Miss CosmoWorld 2023.

Elda Louise Aznar is 27 years of age and represented Davao del Sur at the national competition. She succeeds and was crowned by Meiji Cruz Miss CosmoWorld 2022. Not new to the pageantry, Elda has formerly competed at Miss Philippines Earth 2021 and Binibining Pilipinas 2022.

The newly crowned Miss CosmoWorld Philippines 2023 Elda Louise Aznar’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Jasmine Urquico Omay of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur

2nd Runner-up – Lienel Peña Navidad of Albay

The accomplished panel of jury who was in charge of crowning the new winner included Miss CosmoWorld founder Carrie Lee, actress Sanya Lopez, former Miss Globe Maureen Montagne, and former Miss Grand Philippines Samantha Bernardo. The show was hosted by former beauty queen Gianna Llanes with Mister Supranational Cuba and YouTuber Luis Portelles.
