The grand finale of Miss Curacao 2018 will be held on 8th September 2018 at the World Trade Centre, Willemstad where 6 beautiful and deserving candidates will be fighting for a chance to become Miss Universe Curacao 2018. The pageant will also crown its representative to Miss World 2018 (Miss World Curacao 2018).

The winner of Miss Universe Curacao 2018 will succeed Miss Universe Curacao 2017 Nashaira Balentien will crown and the winner of Miss World Curacao 2018 will succeed Miss World Curacao 2017 Vanity Girigori.

The winners of the above-mentioned titles will then be presented with the prestigious chance to become Curacao’s representatives at Miss Universe 2018 to be held on 17th December 2018 in Thailand and Miss World 2018 to be held on 8th December 2018 in China, respectively.

The closest Curacao has come to winning the title of Miss Universe was in the year 1968 when Annemarie Braafheid became the 1st runner-up at Miss Universe 1968. And in Miss World 2002, Ayanette Mary-Ann Ileana Statia was placed in the Top 20 which is the closest the nation has come to taking home the title of Miss World.
