Miss Diva Universe 2020, the eight edition of Miss Diva, is all set to host its coronation night in February 2020 where the representatives to Miss Universe 2020 and Miss Supranational 2020 will be crowned. Vartika Singh Miss Universe India 2019 and Shefali Sood Miss Supranational India 2019 will crown their successors at the end of the event finale. This will be the first edition of Miss Diva under Liva Fluid Fashion.

Through auditions in selected cities throughout the country, the organization has selected nineteen finalists who will compete for the crown out of which one delegate got a direct entry after winning Miss North East Diva 2019 and one got reserved spot after winning Campus Princess 2019. One delegate is added to complete the batch of twenty through the wilcard entry which happens through public voting.

The five shortlisted finalists for the wildcard entries were Alankrita Shahi, Aneesha Rane, Naveli Deshmukh, Vaishnavi Ganesh and Ritika Nayak and from these beauties, Vaishnavi Ganesh has made it to the Top 20 and will now compete in the national pageant with the other nineteen finalists.

Last year, Miss Diva Universe did not host a competition to crown its representatives, instead two divas were appointed and crowned to represent India at international pageants. Shefali Sood Miss Supranational India 2019 represented her country in Miss Supranational 2019 where she placed in the Top 25. Vartika Singh Miss Universe India 2019 also represented her country in Miss Universe 2019 and placed in the Top 20.
