The Miss Dominican Republic organization is all set to host the 2021 edition of the national pageant on 7th November 2021 at the Sambil Events Room, where stunning delegates from all over the country will compete against each other for the coveted crown and an opportunity to represent Dominican Republic at Miss Universe 2021. The winner will succeed Miss Dominican Republic 2020 Kimberly Marie Jiménez Rodríguez for the title.

The organization had recently introduced the official delegates selected to compete at Miss Dominican Republic 2021 competition. While this year’s batch boasts of beautiful and talented ladies who are now preparing for their stint at the pageant, some divas have been outshining as strong contenders for the title. So, without any further ado, here are our Top 5 hot picks for Miss Dominican Republic 2021 –

Miss Santiago Leslye Olivo

Leslye is fluent in English and Spanish, in her free time he practices volleyball and American football sports and loves to dance. She is a faithful believer in the religion Cristina. She identifies with the historical figure Alexandria Acasio Cortez, who at her time was the youngest female congresswoman in the United States, the one that motivated her to participate in the Miss Dominican Republic is to show that with discipline and perseverance dreams and goals can be achieved. She wants to show the world that Dominicans are hard-working, hard-working and persevering people.

 

 

Miss La Romana Erika Silverio

Representing La Romana province, Erika is currently continuing her University studies and is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a fan of literature and in her spare time, she enjoys nature. She considers white as her favourite colour as it represents an energy of light, peace and tranquility. Living new experiences is what motivates her to participate in this contest and she thinks that without risks there is no life. “If I was the winner of the Miss Dominican Republic, I would carry my roots as a flag. I would emphasize that Dominicans are good people, hard-working people and fighters,” she shared.

 

 

Miss Espaillat Leidy Laura Liberato Hernandez

21 years-old Leidy Laura is a Professional Technician in Graphic Design and also a Bioanalysis student. She is an admirer of Mahatma Gandhi for the great message he left for humanity, a legacy of pacifism. If elected, she wishes to convey to the young people who fight for their dreams, that despite adversity, they continue to move forward, because dreams do come true and above all they never forget God.

 

 

Miss Dominican Community USA Andriena Martinez

Currently working as a coordinator of the Women’s Equality center foundation, Andriena Martinez is fluent in English and Spanish. Since she was a child she dreamed of being a representative of the Miss Dominican Republic. She thinks that the effort and dedication that must be taken when being the representative of the country is a great example, she wants to publicize and highlight the Dominican culture, values and customs. She aims to work to promote Dominican women and girls, instilling motivational values ??to get ahead; and showing with her work that there are no limits for any woman.

 

 

 

Miss Azua Debbie Aflalo

Represnting Azua, Debbie Aflalo is currently a professional model and is studying MBA in International Trade. She is also a graduate in Diplomacy and International Relations. The desire that led her to participate in the Miss Dominican Republic Universe was to place her beautiful country at the top and make it known in all corners of the world as well as projecting her modeling career to a more professional level. If elected as the new representative of the country, she would give everything as Oscar de la Renta for her country, she would break schemes and act with that perseverance as well as her role model to bring the second Miss Universe crown to her beloved Dominican Republic.

 

 

Miss Dominican Republic 2020 Kimberly Marie Jiménez Rodríguez represented Dominican Republic at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant, earlier this year, where she won a special award and was placed among the Top 4. This year’s winner will have some big shoes to fill in. The titleholder will head on to represent the country at Miss Universe 2021 to be held in December 2021 in Eilat, Israel. Andrea Meza of Mexico will crown her successor at the end of the event.
