The prevailing Miss Earth Nellys Pimentel had her historic win in Miss Earth 2019 held on 25th October 2019 at Cove Manila in Manila, Philippines.
After that she went on for her first International trip to Dubai, where she had an amazing photo shoot with the Xpedition Magazine. It is a leading and homegrown Dubai-based luxury travel & lifestyle magazine. Josh M. The diva also shared a post on her social media as updates of her shoot. She looked absolutely stunning in the dresses she wore.
Now, the diva is all set to come back to her homeland Puerto Rico after her great International journey. The prevailing queen is returning home today (13th November 2019) at 18:00 pm. Her arrival will be at the Aeropuerto LMM Terminal AA and after that her native village is going to throw a homecoming party for the queen at Atrio Central Plaza Las Americas.
For Nellys, becoming Miss Earth 2019 means much more than a crown. It means gaining a bigger voice to address environmental issues in a way that create change. It means becoming the first of her country to have won this pageant and make Puerto Rico proud and the first country to own all crowns of the grand slam.
In one of Nelly’s interviews with CNN Philippines, she mentioned that, “Back home, I also have some projects that I wanted to do before coming back here.” Now is the time for the queen to work on those projects and her advocacies towards the mother earth.
More than that the diva is ready to enjoy this year of appearances in her new role and also the love and pride which is going to be showered on the diva by the whole country and people. She is already getting a lot of support and love from around the world and she is highly grateful and honored for that.
