Miss Earth 2019, the 19th edition of Miss Earth pageant, was held today at Cove Manila at Okada Manila, Parañaque, Philippines (4 PM GMT +8) where eighty-five stunning divas competed for the coveted Earth crown. At the conclusion of the event finale, Nellys Pimentel of Puerto Rico was crowned Miss Earth 2019 by her predecessor Miss Earth 2018 Phoung Khanh of Vietnam.
Born and raised in San Juan, Nellys is a Puerto Rican model and also a marketing and Psychology student. She performed with excellence and grace throughout the competition making a strong foothold in the pageant. She also won silver medals in both Long Gown and Swimsuit Competitions during the preliminaries. Nellys’ was a part of our final Top Hot Picks for Miss Earth 2019 crown as well. Miss Earth Air 2019 – Emanii Davis (Emanii Jovan) Miss Earth United States of America 2019
Emanii also performed with sincerity throughout the competition. She also holds prior experience in the pageantry as she was adjudged second runner-up in Miss USA 2016 and then next year third runner-up in Miss World America 2017. She is the first Ethiopian-American to win the national title. Emanii was also a part of our final hot picks for the crown.
Miss Earth Water 2019 – Klára Vavrušková Miss Earth Czech Republic 2019
Klára Vavrušková is 20 years of age and stands 175 cm tall. During the preliminaries, the stunning beauty won a silver medal in the national costume and a bronze medal in the swimsuit competition. Klara was also a part of our final hot picks for the crown.
Miss Earth Fire 2019 – Alice Manyonok (Alisa Manyonok) Miss Earth Belarus 2019
Alice Manyonok is a 24-year-old model and ex-volleyball player who previously represented Russia in Miss International 2016 where she placed in the Top 15. Last year, she was crowned World Beauty Queen in Korea. She also made a strong mark in the competition this year.

The accomplished panel of jury who took it upon themselves to make the decision of who will be crowned Miss Earth 2019 included - Dr. Jikyeong Kang who is President and Dean, Asian Institute of Management; Cecile Guidote-Alvarez – Founder of Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA); Leo Valdez - Renowned Filipino theatre actor; Lorraine Schuck - Executive Vice President, Carousel Productions; Ernie Lopez - Environmentalist, travel blogger, current host of ABS-CBN's G Diaries; Lorife Magadan-Otaza - Environmental activist, incumbent Mayor of Loreto, Agusan del Sur and Shontelle - Grammy Award-nominated singer.
Phoung Khanh Miss Earth 2018 took her final walk as Miss Earth queen as she spread an important message of environmental awareness. Her incredible reign was applauded by the audience as she showed utter sincerity and dedication in fulfilling all her responsibilities.
With yet another successful edition, Miss Earth crowned a new beauty queen from Puerto Rico. We wish our heartiest congratulations to the newly crowned queen.
