The Triple Nine Global Company and Rotary District 3281 jointly organized the Miss Earth Bangladesh 2021 pageant on 24th Seotember in Dhaka, where Umme Zamilatun Naima was crowned as the new queen at the end of the event. The winner along with her elemental court were crowned by National Director Naila Bari, Miss Earth Bangladesh 2020 Meghna Alam and Rotary First Lady Rokeya Farooqi.

After winning the title, Naima took to her social media as she wrote, “I am ever so grateful to the people who have held my hands throughout this journey, and to all those who believed in me. I am also, truly overwhelmed by all the love and warmth I have been receiving from everyone since last night. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. A crown is not just for a queen, it’s for all those who believe in her. What a beautiful day to be on Earth!”

Apart from the winners, Farzana Jahan Preya and Arusha Abida were also selected as Miss Beautiful Face and Miss Social Media Influencer respectively. In his keynote address, Dr. Hassan Mahmood, Environmental Researcher and Hon'ble Minister of Information and Broadcasting, thanked the organizers and congratulated the awardees. "To save the only accommodator of humans- Earth- we have no other choice but to protect its nature and environment, in order to keep it alive. This requires joint efforts and a sustainable partnership," he added.

The 20-year-old newly crowned queen is an environmental science student at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University. She will represent the South-Asian nation at the 21st edition of the Miss Earth pageant, which is to be held virtually again this year due to the uncertainty of the ongoing pandemic situation. Bangladesh has yet to pioneer its win for the Miss Earth crown.
