Miss Earth Costa Rica 2019 will organize its grand finale on 1st June 2018 at Hotel Colinas Altavista where ten candidates will compete to win the national earth crown. The winner will represent Costa Rica at Miss Earth 2019.

The reigning Miss Earth Costa Rica is Arianna Medrano who was appointed the title on 26th April 2018 as the press presentation for the 2019 Miss Earth Costa Rica was organized a day before. The 18-year-old diva from Puntarenas is also Miss Pacific 2018.

The ten candidates competing for Miss Earth Costa Rica 2019 are - Ashley Arguedas, Maria Fernanda Esquivel, Stacy Araya, Linda Avila, Amanda Aguero, Juliana Duran, Juseth Lopez, Michelle Angulo, Vanesa Barrios, Dorelyn Rojas.
