Miss Earth Philippines 2020, the first virtual edition of Miss Earth Philippines, has begun with its preliminary competition as for the first time ever, a winner will be crowned virtually to represent Philippines at Miss Earth 2020. The winner will succeed Miss Earth Philippines 2019 Janelle Lazo Tee who represented Philippines at Miss Earth 2019.

The Talent competition (singing category) was held on 3rd June 2020 where the contestants showed their creativity from their own homes. The competition was conducted via the Zoom meeting platform, where twelve delegates sang beautiful songs from their own respective locations. They were judged by Miss Earth Air 2019 Emanii Davis, pageant columnist Mr. Jay Patao, director for special coverage of the Qrown Philippines Mr. Franz Ivan Bayer and Ms. Bianca Lopez Aguila who is a singer. The event was hosted by Miss Philippines Earth 2018 runner-up 2019 Lovely Lamptey. Here are the winners of the category –

Gold - Shane Tormes from Atimonan, Quezon

Shane Tormes bagged the first position or the gold badge for her singing talent. She wore a beautiful orange dress for her performance and was appreciated by everyone. The diva sang ‘Proud Mary’ by Casi Joy and gave a wonderful performance.

Silver - Daniella Fernandez from Biñan City

Daniella Fernandez bagged the second position or the silver badge for her singing talent. After acquiring the second position, Daniella thanked Miss Earth Philippines for the opportunity and seemed very happy. The diva sang a song by Julie Carlyn and also spoke about Sustainable Environment prior to her performance.

Bronze - Angelique Cabanlong from Zamboanga City

Angelique Cabanlong bagged the third position or the bronze badge for her singing talent. She wore a beautiful green colored evening gown for her performance and looked very beautiful. The diva sang the song ‘Feeling Good’ with the piano karaoke version.

All the gorgeous delegates were appreciated for showcasing their talent from their respective homes and were asked to stay safe and healthy.
