As we move forward in this pandemic, people would need a leader who understands their needs and do what they can.”

She further answered her question, “A quality that a leader should have or display is compassion. When a leader has compassion, the people would be triggered to follow them during such times. The pandemic is once in a lifetime opportunity for us to rethink our actions as well as the nature. Let’s remember that we’re all in this together and to reach the destination of healing we must be united and grow together.”
