Yllana Marie Aduana was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2023 at the coronation night of the national pageant held on Saturday, 29th April 2023 at Toledo City Sports Center in Toledo, Cebu as she became the official representative of Philippines at Miss Earth 2023.

Yllana Marie Aduana, a front-runner for the crown since the beginning, bested 28 other competitors to win the Miss Philippines Earth 2023 crown. Aduana is 24 years of age and a licensed medical laboratory scientist. The newly crowned Miss Earth Philippines 2023’s elemental court included –
Miss Philippines Air 2023 – Athena Auxillo of Toledo City
Miss Philippines Water 2023 – Sha'uri Livori of Fil-Com Melbourne, Australia
Miss Philippines Fire 2023 – Jemimah Joy Zabala of Puerto Princesa City
Miss Philippines Ecotourism 2023 – Kerri Reilly of Mangatarem, Pangasinan
The rest of the Top 10, who were all sashed as runners-up, also included Dipolog City’s Kriszia Carro "KC" Falcasantos, Iloilo City’s Ma. Cristina Isabel Tallador, Fil-Com Milan, Italy’s Queenie Salac, San Jose, Nueva Ecija’s Princes Lazaga and Taguig’s Cea de Jesus.

Top 15 also included Balayan, Batangas – Meri Lasil Relevo, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur – Chrystel Mae Correos, San Pascual, Batangas – Jeicka Czaverika Dimatatac, Tuburan, Cebu – Jamie Angelique Armada, Zamboanga City – Fermizulli Silal.
Former Miss Earth winners Karla Henry and Jamie Herell joined actor and TV host Robi Domingo as hosts of the event while Nellys Pimentel was part of the panel of judges. The 23rd edition was themed ‘ME Loves 20TREE’.

Aduana succeeds and was crowned by Miss Philippines Earth 2022 Jenny Ramp who represented Philippines at Miss Earth 2022 and placed in Top 20 with her stellar performance. Philippines dominates at Miss Earth holding four crowns under its belt.
