The coronation night of Miss Earth Singapore 2018 was held on 3rd August 2018 at the Grand Ballroom of One Farrer Hotel and Spa Singapore. The finale commenced at 7:30 PM and went on till 10 PM (GMT+8). At the conclusion of the finale, Miss Earth Singapore 2017 Elizabeth Camilia Lee crowned her successor who will then represent Singapore at the Miss Earth 2018 pageant.
Also gracing the stage of Miss Earth Singapore 2018 was the reigning Miss Earth queen Karen Ibasco who was a guide, mentor and source of motivation and inspiration for the ladies.

Ten contestants are competing for the title of Miss Earth Singapore 2018 - Charlotte Tay, Dong Ye Xuan (Kara Dong), Gerlyn Cheah, Gurvin Kaur, Jolene Ong, Natalie Phoon, Regine Chan, Saranya Chyenne, Tanooja Rai and Trinisha Kaur.
The finale, organized by CT Hansen International and co-organized by Lux, will witness music by DJ Leon and DJ Jagi. Richel Xie, actor and entrepreneur, is the official host of the finale along with Pamela Wildheart, a celebrity host.
