Miss Earth Singapore held its grand coronation night where Kara Dong (Dong Ye Xuan) was crowned Miss Earth Singapore 2018 with her incredible performance at the finale night. At the conclusion of the finale, Miss Earth Singapore 2017 Elizabeth Camilia Lee crowned her successor along with Miss Earth queen Karen Ibasco who was also present at the grand finale night.

As the show began, the contestants entered the stage in a masquerade themed walk, looking ever so gorgeous. With the finale hitting the right notes, the delegates then paraded the stage in their beautiful swimsuits.
The Special awards for the personality traits were then announced; Most Cheerful contestant was Taneesha Kaur, Most Punctual award was given to Gurvin Kaur, Miss Courteous was given out to Jolene Ong while Saranya Chyenne was handed the Most Adaptable award.
