Miss Earth Venezuela organization held a private coronation ceremony on 4th October 2022 where Oriana Pablos was crowned Miss Earth Venezuela 2022 as she became the official representative of Venezuela at Miss Earth 2022. There was no competition held and the organization crowned her in a private ceremony.

Oriana Pablos previously held the titles of Miss Distrito Capital and Miss Venezuela 2019 third runner-up. She is 25 years of age and a production engineering student and model from Caracas. Pablos defines herself as a woman of God who is dedicated, sweet, empathetic, persevering, and committed, not only to her country but to her family.

On winning the national crown, Pablos quoted, “For me, being a beauty queen represents the dreams and aspirations of every Venezuelan girl, it is a demonstration that we women can achieve what we set out to do, it is a tool for breaking stereotypes, and of course, an opportunity to inspire and to demonstrate that everything is possible as long as our present principles and values are maintained.”

The ceremony was hosted by Miss Supranational Venezuela 2021 Valentina Sánchez Trivella and Ronald Sanoja and was broadcasted on Globovisión. Miss Earth Venezuela Organization President Prince Julio César and the former titleholder, Elizabeth Gasiba, who resigned due to personal reasons were also present at the ceremony.

Venezuela has previously won two Miss Earth titles; Alexandra Braun was crowned in 2005 and Alyz Henrich was crowned in 2013. María Daniela Velasco represented Venezuela at Miss Earth 2021 and placed in the Top 8 with her stellar performance.
