The Miss Eco International organization hosted the Preliminary Show for the 2022 edition on 14th March 2022 at the Jolie Ville Hotel and Spa, Kings Island, Luxor, where the stunning delegates strutted the ramp in dazzling evening gowns and majestic Eco dresses from their respective cultures.

At the end of the event, the organization also announced some special awards to felicitate and motivate the divas, including the Top Model title, which was won by Costa Rica’s Sue Chinchilla Bermudez. The diva has been receiving support and appreciation from the pageant industry for her potential. She describes her hallmark as the humility and empathy that she has had with each person or work team.

Malaysia’s Prasana Shri was definitely the highlight of the night as she bagged two titles including, Miss Elegance and Best in Evening Gown. The diva donned the ‘A Thousand Diamonds’ evening gown designed by Mohd. Firdaus Abd Razak. The gown was chosen to symbolize Prasana as an epitome of Mother Nature who will keep on preserving Malaysia’s Ecosystem.

As Miss Eco Malaysia, she will use her voice and influence to bring some new lights to our ecosystem. Thus, ‘A Thousand Diamonds’ was made of specific colored diamonds; white , brown and green that have their own denotations, where White represented the sky and clouds, Brown represented the land and logs and Green represented the mother nature that needs to be preserved by her.

The gorgeous delegates from all over the world will now compete for the coveted crown on the finale night. The grand coronation of the 7th edition of Miss Eco International is set to take place on 17th March at the Triiumph Luxury Hotel in Al Katameya, where Miss Eco International 2021 Gizzelle Uys from South Africa will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
