Maureen Montagne was crowned Miss Eco International Philippines 2019 at the conclusion of Miss World Philippines 2018 held on 7th October 2018 in Mall of Asia Arena, Philippines. She will represent the Philippines in Miss Eco International 2019 to be held next year.
The pressure is real for Maureen as she was crowned by Miss Eco International Philippines 2018 Cynthia Thomalla, who is the current titleholder of Miss Eco International 2018. Maureen will have to do equally as good as Cynthia in Miss Eco International 2019, if not better.
Maureen is 25 years of age with a spectacular height of 175 cm. She is of American and Filipina heritage. Maureen is a model and a host by profession and she also works with a modelling agency named The agency Arizona. Maurine has participated in Miss Arizona USA 2015 in the past, which gave her the experience and confidence during the finale of Miss World Philippines 2018.
The event also saw the crowning of Miss World Philippines 2018 Katarina Rodriguez by Miss World Philippines 2017 Laura Victoria Lehmann, Miss Eco International Philippines 2019 Maureen Montagne by Miss Eco International 2018 Cynthia Thomalla, and Miss Multinational Philippines 2018 Kimilei Mugford by Miss Multinational 2017 Sophia Señoron. Chanel Morales and Pearl Hung became the 1st and 2nd runner-ups respectively.
