Yesterday, the Miss Egzotica International 2018 journey came to an end as the finale concluded with a gala night. The Miss Egzotica International aspirants waited as the results were announced. The lady who took home the crown was Rumbidzai Parichi.

Miss Egzotica International 2017 Dominica Szysmanska crowned Rumbi as her successor and the delight on the former’s face was apparent.

For the talent round of the competition, Rumbidzai Parichi performed the African modern dance from Zimbabwe.

The Miss Egzotica International project is aimed at people living in Poland who come from foreign countries, whose parents (or one of their parents) came to Poland, settled in Poland, started work, studied, and started families. The project shows Poland as an attractive country in terms of economy, education and climate for other nations. On the other hand, it showcases that Polish women represent not only the typical, Slavic 'type of beauty.

The message of the project is to spread knowledge about other countries, cultures, problems, minorities, anti-discrimination, in particular, due to skin colour, age, sex, worldview, origin and nationality.

 The Miss Egzotica International Foundation supports children's education, promotes the Republic of Poland, cultural achievements of Polish regions and local communities in the country and abroad.

For the message and idea, the competition was awarded the European Medal awarded by BCC, the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the title of Ambassador of the Polish Economy and the Leader of Multikultura.

Globalization, resulting in changes in society and the economy, resulting, inter alia, from the rapid growth of international trade and cultural exchange, increased information exchange, increased international trade and foreign investment, growing integration and interdependence between entities operating globally on the social, political or economic platform has become noticeable the fact that an increasing number of people/girls staying in Poland, both those who do not have citizenship and native Polish women, are characterized by the original type of beauty described as exotic.
