The finale of Miss Fit Philippines 2022 was held on 31st January 2023 at Palazzo Verde, Vista Alabang, Las Piñas City where Jackie Adarayan Fleming was crowned the new queen. The pageant was presented by Promedia Philippines and The Belle Salon.

Yllana Marie Aduana Miss Fit Philippines 2021 crowned Jackie Adarayan Fleming at the end of the event finale. Jackie hails from Calbayog and lives in Cebu City. She was surely a strong contender for the crown since the beginning of the competition. The newly crowned queen’s court included –

1st Runner-Up – Aliya Clemena Rohilla

2nd Runner-Up – Juvyel Anne Saluta

Runners-Up also included Larsine Grace Jensen, Arrieana Zobelle Beron.
