In an unfortunate turn of events, ALV has cut ties with Miss Supranational organization. Thus, Miss Supranational Philippines pageant will not push through which leaves the fate of the national pageant and the title undecided.

ALV Pageant Circle also released the offical statement from ALV Pageant Circle President Mr. Arnold L. Vegafria which was as follows –

“After much deliberation, the board members and partners of ALV Pageant Circle have decided not to renew our Miss Supranational franchise and forego our plans of staging the Miss Supranational Philippines pageant this year. We thank the Miss Supranational organization for the past two years of mutual accord and wish them all the best in all their future endeavors.”

The organization, in the starting of January, had opened the submission for the application. The deadline for the applications was until 31st January 2023 but the organization took the step to not renew the Miss Supranational franchise. The organization still holds the franchise of Miss Eco Philippines, Reina Hispanoamericana 2022, Miss Eco Teen Philippines and Miss Tourism World Philippines.
